• Treasurer's report (en absentia)
◦ Alex has sent Profit/Loss and Balance Sheets
▪ total equity is approximately $78,000
▪ net income was $2,585.47
• Vice President's report
◦ We got $6,000!!!
◦ Robert will make one more run at Tucker Rec., but we will move forward with looking for a new location
◦ We still would like to rehearse and perform at Tucker Rec.
• Halloween/Christmas shows are moving forward as of now
• We would also like to perform our Convention slate at Tucker Rec. or another venue
• Will follow up with Chris Jones regarding the Strand as a venue
• meeting adjourned at 15:30
