  • Appointment of new Board members
    • Proposed amendment: The Atlanta Radio Theatre Company Board of Directors may at its discretion appoint additional Board members to serve terms of one calendar year ending December 31. The number of such appointed Board members shall not exceed 1/3 of the Board membership, inclusive.
  • Policy preventing Board members to be compensated members of the company
    • Proposed amendment: Any individual who receives periodic financial compensation from the Atlanta Radio Theatre Company cannot serve on the Board of Directors.
