• Possible new mics to replace the shotguns (Robert used some at the RCAC show that worked well)
• Audible contract changes
  • Buyouts being done away with
  • "Member value" being used to calculate royalty payouts
  • Payouts will now come monthly instead of quarterly
  • "All You Can Listen" plan could work well for our stuff, as it is more short form, which people are unwilling to redeem a whole monthly token for.
  • We still need to come to an agreement about bundling - our sales strategy works well for individual web or live show sales, but is not compatible with Audible.

  • Deals are being found, but Robert needs to put his hands on one to make sure it's really what we want before we shell out the money for it
• Production meeting report (separate meeting will be required to nail all this down, esp script selection)

      • ConPossible (Feb 7-9) - Panel only: David, Billy, Robert, Kelley
      • 221B Con (April 11-13) - Lady Sherlock conclusion for this last iteration of this convention
      • Libertycon (June 20-22)
      • Lend Me an Ear (October, TBD, Tech Only)
      • Dragon Con (Aug 28-Sept 1)
    • Sales table status - Oreta has stated to David that she intends to scale back her sales table duties. She will commit to Libertycon and Dragon Con, but others may need to be staffed with other people.
    • Proposed Performances
      • Public shows at:
        • Academy Theatre (in exchange for us using it as a rehearsal space)
        • Aurora Theatre
        • Roswell Cultural Arts Center
        • Life University
        • Strand Theatre (separate troupe)
        • Goal here is to try to schedule these in conjunction with confirmed convention performances to avoid having to rehearse a bunch of new stuff
        • Due to the difference in time constraints at these venues (1 hour standard at cons, longer at public) additional LOW TECH material would need to be prepared. (Rory, Bumpers, META, etc)
      • Multiverse (Oct 17-19)
      • Conjuration (Nov 14-16)
      • Infinite Realities Comics and Games (reschedule from last Oct, TBD)
      • Fringe Festival (May 27-June 8) - Some question about setup time, Robert is investigating
      • Fringe Audio (pre-recorded material) - Most recent word is that they were full up, despite not meeting the application deadline. David has served as a judge for this in the past and may be able to get an exception made, but maybe not.

      • Jeremiah Willstone (Tony Sarrecchia/Anthony Francis project - ARTC is not likely to distribute due to them not wanting to use Audible, but negotiations are ongoing)
      • Probability Broach (Still need Fiona's lines from Chapter 5 and something from someone for Ooloorie (dolphin))
      • Thing on the Doorstep (all VO complete)
      • Rory Rammer (a few stray lines needed for a couple of scripts)
      • Nothing-at-All (into SFX editing phase, estimate 70% complete)
      • Brave Ragnar (line inventory needed - Chris Jones is Producer, but has been very busy)
      • Can You Hear Me? (into Critical Listening phase)
