Production Updates

2020-01-11 Update

• Can You Hear Me - With David for final editing. It needs some cleanup from changes the previous editor made. It will then be sent to Alton for additional music.
• Rory Rammer - See notes below
  • Enemy of the People - Needs Matt Goodson to be Mars Traffic Control
  • Atomic Graveyard - Needs Matt Goodson to be Dr. Quincy
  • Madhouse in the Sky - Needs casting for Aide and Orple Winfred
  • Murder of Skip Sagan and Set Loose the Dogs of Time - Needs Godlike Superbeing. Paul Patterson's schedule has been challenging. May need to recast.
  • Murder at the Purge - Needs casting for Security Captain
  • Enemies Within - Needs Melody Bonnette for Traffic Citation Woman, Elisabeth Allen for Melanie, and Brad Strickland for Incidental Voice 2. All could be recast if necessary.
  • Meteor Surfers - Have recorded the parts with the kids. Need all other voice tracks.
  • Eye in the Sky - Need casting for Space Marine
  • Need full casting for The Last Boojum, Cattle Pen of the Republic, A Visit From St. Rex, and The Pirates of Planetoid P
  • Need voice tracks for Rory Rammer XTCU and The 5000 Year Old SF Writer
• The House Across the Way - Probably needs to be started from scratch. We have a couple of scenes with Trox and Megan, but not enough and getting them both back into the studio would be challenging at this stage.
• Nothing-at-All - With David. I believe I have figured out what the Wind Spirit should sound like, which was the major holdup, so it just needs to be finished with soundscaping and music.
• The Thing on the Doorstep - First draft is with David for critical listening and notes for Brian
• Commonplaces - Needs some background voices for a specific scene and then to Alton for music.
• The Challenges of Brave Ragnar - Voice tracks about 3/4 complete. Chris Jones is Producing/Directing.
• Terrific Park - Notes have been sent to Retta Bodhaine. Second draft to come shortly.
• Country of the Blind - With David who needs to listen to the old recordings and determine how to proceed. Options are 1) Keep what we have and add soundscaping/music, 2) Identify performances that need improvement and can be edited out easily and replaced with other actors, or 3) Start over from scratch.
