3 - 5 year GOALS

  • From Bill Ritch
    • Financially self-sustaining
      • At least 20% advertising and sales outside of Atlanta area
      • At least 15% of sales revenue be from physical merchandise
      • At least $5000 a year from donations
    • Increased number of ARTC techies: at least 3 separate individuals for each role
    • Permanent studio/rehearsal space
    • Recognition
      • At least 5 more Mark/Time awards. At least 1 is not a "silver" award
