Also: Libertycon uses us for tech extensively and we'd like to have more non-duckling personnel

February 20, 2026

The next meeting will be February 20, 2026 and will focus primarily on Dragon Con

Agenda

• This is the 40th Dragon Con. We are being asked to play up to that history
• Friday show, The Call of C'thulhu, the first thing we ever performed at Dragon Con (although that was Gerald W. Page's adaptation, which has been lost to time). Paul Mercer and Davis Petterson have agreed to do music.
• Sunday show - We should do a Rory Rammer
• Paul and Davis have requested something they can have more fun with than some of our past productions. Many of the things we've asked them to play on in the past were productions that already had musical scores and they felt like they had to keep those in mind. They'd like something we haven't done in forever that doesn't have that kind of history or something brand new.
• Comic book track GAAH
• Other panels we could propose?
• Going forward - audio drama track (arm of NATF)?
• In-person rehearsal space will be essential for these more complicated shows
• Other items if there is time:
  • Christmas at Life University - Proposed December 9 date. Would love to get in on the Lights of Life marketing push if possible
  • An Atlanta Christmas on the radio
  • Library shows
  • Halloween at RCAC
