Guest speaker Sara Leonard, who has been consulting with David regarding audience building and Board structure.
3 - 5 year GOALS
- From Bill Ritch
- Financially self-sustaining
- At least 20% advertising and sales outside of Atlanta area
- At least 15% of sales revenue be from physical merchandise
- At least $5000 a year from donations
- Increased number of ARTC techies: at least 3 separate individuals for each role
- Permanent studio/rehearsal space
- Recognition
- At least 5 more Mark/Time awards. At least 1 is not a "silver" award
- Financially self-sustaining
